Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered for our Pakistan-based dropshipping store.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse.

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email after your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

As we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (Pakistan):
    7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be displayed on the product page.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations within Pakistan.

  • Our team may contact you via call or message to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once available.

  • In some cases, tracking may take 2–4 business days to update after dispatch.

6. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

  • Remote area deliveries

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will coordinate with the supplier or courier to assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

  • International shipping is not available unless stated otherwise.
